As a first course, we served a delicious "Gaspacio" Soup made with our Heirloom Tomatoes... our 2nd course showing here, is a wonderful "Caprese Salad" with "Firework, German Heirloom Tomato", fresh Mozzarella, a Balsalmic Reduction, Olive Oil and Basil.
Heirloom "Gaspacio" Soup... a fresh cold soup, served to our "Taste Testers" for a variety of flavors. One of the many dishes highlighting one of the many uses for tomatoes as well as showcasing their superior flavor profiles.
One of our Heirloom "Caprese Salads" served to our guests... with fresh Mossarella Cheese and Basil with a Balsalmic Reduction and Olive Oil Dressing.
Another "Caprese Salad" made with our German "Feuerwerk" and New Heirloom Variety Yellow Tomato (not named yet). Both are beefsteak heirloom varieties.

Purple Calabash Heirloom Tomato... is an over 250 yr old "Aztec" tomato. One of the oldest lineage varieties we grow.
Russian "Azoychkas"... one of our favorite tomatoes... is a beautiful apricot colored slicer, very juicy and flavorful.

Chose specific Heirloom tomatoes to make our "Heirloom Salsa". At another later "Tomato Tasters Event" (2018)... this batch was made mild for ones who can't have spicy salsa. This batch also did not have green peppers that make it more acidic... we used Orange and Red Peppers only. To spice it up...
Our Farm made "Tomato Chutney"... served with Stoned Wheat Crackers... was a big hit. Everyone got complemetary Tomato Chutney at the end of the Tomato Tasters Event.
Another homemade preserve "Tomato Marmalade" made by Carlos' mother.... also given at Tasters Event.
Since we had half "Vegetarians" as guests and it was dinner included at our event, I had a menu for both types of guest so everyone could partake in a 7 course meal. This is a "Vegetarian" Pizza topped with our Heirloom Tomatoes which our guests loved. A 15x 22 inch Pizza, almost a 2 footer wid...
Carmelized Onion and Bell Peppers on a bed of Jasmine Rice... served with an Heirloom Tomato Caprese Salad and Grilled fresh Ahi Tuna.

"Japanese Trifele" considered a black tomato, they are actually of Russian origin also known as the "Russian Truffle" but for some reason marketed as the "Japanese Trifele"... It is one of the most expensive tomatoes you will ever buy for their prized flavor.
This is a "Purple Top" Slicer Tomato... need to develope this one further to see if flavor profile changes.
Portuguese "Lisbon" Tomato.... A Red/Orange Slicer... in a beautiful HUGE cluster with a regular tomato flavor, not that remarkable need to further plant to see if flavor profile changes... averaging 3 inches.
