As a first course, we served a delicious "Gaspacio" Soup made with our Heirloom Tomatoes... our 2nd course showing here, is a wonderful "Caprese Salad" with "Firework, German Heirloom Tomato", fresh Mozzarella, a Balsalmic Reduction, Olive Oil and Basil.

Heirloom "Gaspacio" Soup... a fresh cold soup, served to our "Taste Testers" for a variety of flavors. One of the many dishes highlighting one of the many uses for tomatoes as well as showcasing their superior flavor profiles.

Chose specific Heirloom tomatoes to make our "Heirloom Salsa". This batch was made mild for ones who can't have spicy salsa. This batch also did not have green peppers that make it more acidic... we used Orange and Red Peppers only. To spice it up you can add heat once it is opend and stirred in ...
