Our Product and Packaging
Keeping heirloom tomato varieties separtated and as a single layer level, according to their varietal name and amount of space needed for each. Every 2 days we go through every tomato to ensure freshness. Nothing goes to waste here on our farm. We make products with ripe ones not sold.
We enjoy packaging each order nicely with care and added touches to personalize their purchase, usually receiving a big smile from our clients when we hand it to them... such satisfaction.
At prime ripe stage for this particular client who wanted them ripe to use them right away. We try and please as much as we can when we fill orders... by asking clients how they will use them and when they are planning to use them.
Selecting tomatoes for clients... some like particular ones. Some like citrus based tomatoes if available... while others wanted particular types for particular uses. You have to select for different stages of ripeness if possible so they can still last some days at the clients house.
