Our Heirloom "Tomato Chutney" (Indian Inspired) and our "Tomato Sweet Chili Sauce" (Asian Inspired)... sorry, noticed I spelled "Chili" wrong...
Our own Dried Herbs (Bay Leaf, Oregano, Winter Savoury and Rosemary) and an assortment of our homemade jams (Cherry Amaretto, Strawberry Mango and Strawberry Banana) packaged as a gift and given to a friend who trains and provides therapy for dogs.... sorry, a little shaky.
I have made just in the last few years 10 different types of Jams, type of Chutney and 1 type of Sweet Chili Sauce and 1 type of Heirloom Green Tomato Mincemeat, Here I am showing the 10 Jams, Chutney and Sweet Chili Sauce. Heirloom Green Tomato Mincemeat. I made about 8, 1 litre Jars and they were fantastic. I even made candied Lemon and Orange Rind to put in it. Fantastic flavor... used as a layering in cakes and tarts.
Some of the different teas we naturally dry... Apple Mint, Spearmint, Peppermint, Chocolate Mint, Lemon Balm and Orange Mint.
We often give gifts in Artisan foods we make.... here is Oat/Pumpkin Seed Carrob Chip Cookies for a friend's kindness.
All the jams, chutneys and sauces are made with heirloom tomatoes, our garlic and our hot peppers.
