Ambrosia Apples I grew from seed... one of the best varieities that I've tasted.
They are very crisp and long keepers. They were produced in the Okanagan in Summerland as a new Apple variety where my in-laws worked at the Agricultural Center. We got to taste them before they went to market as a sampling for the workers there. Will be transplanting them in May/2017. You need to germinate apple seeds in the fridge for 4-6 weeks to mimic the cold snap of winter.
